This 3 hour program introduces practitioners to the powerfully transformative yet often misunderstood paths of Bhakti and Tantra Yoga, as well as the Western or so-called neo-Tantrik path of sexual healing and relational rejuvenation. Bhakti and Tantra traditions each offer practices which cultivate and refine the individual’s relations with Self, the outside world and other practitioners.

Part conversational lecture, part small or collective group work, and part yogic practice, this full and vibrant day is an invitation to enter the practice of cultivating deeper intimacy and engagement with the worlds inside and outside.
