Live Outdoor Kirtan–Bethel Farm, Hillsborough NH

Well, at long last, the time for singing together has arrived!

I’ve heard wonderful things about Bethel Farm for years now–so I am delighted to finally visit there myself and offer some chanting.

I am beyond happy to gather again with you all, and to be able to play with a stellar band of singers and players for the first time in too many moons. The band will include Ezra Landis on guitar, Danny Solomon on bass + keys, Mitch Cohen and Owen Landis on drums, Kalidasa on flute, and Kalia Kellogg & Jacqueline Glen on vocal response!
Timing as follows:
1:30 Gates open
2:00 Opening
Steven Bethel prayer
Vajra and Sophie Namaste circle
Krishnabai Gratitude practice
2:30 – 4:30 Kirtan
4:30 closing– community event announcements etc
4:30 – 6:00 Community picnic time and pack out
Guest: What to bring:
sunscreen
bug spray
picnic dinner for yourself and close companions (No pot luck this year)
drinks/ water bottle
pre-packaged prasad offering
gratitude donation for Bethel Farm
We are requesting a $10, $20 or $30 donation for this event. $20 regular admission, $10 for those whom $20 is a stretch today, and $30 from those who are able to pay it forward to cover others.

A vegetarian potluck will not be held after this event, out of observance of CDC COVID-19 guidelines. Please bring a personal picnic for community meal after the kirtan. Individually commercially packaged prasadam offerings are encouraged and welcome!

Our intention is to create a safe and respectful space to re-enter being in community in-person and join together in spiritual song. These are our requirements:
~ Please bring a blanket for use to delineate your “space,” and maintain 6′ distance from other blankets.
~ Please wear your mask when not singing or eating outdoors.
~ Respect the mask requirement for indoor spaces.
~ Maintain social distancing, unless otherwise invited.
~ Please respect other people’s space and boundaries and ask permission before hugging or touching.
If you can’t agree to these safety guidelines, please don’t come this time. Your attendance is your contract of agreement.
