Happy to return to the lovely YCA (Yoga Center Amherst) on Kellogg St for a much-needed early evening of Satsang and chanting. Our Amherst yoga community has been through a lot lately, with the sudden and unexpected loss of our brother Parmatma Singh Khalsa due to a road accident only last week sending shockwaves through our corner of the world. Parmatma played tablas with me the last time I sang at YCA, and it was the last time I ever saw him in the body–so I will naturally be offering my prayers and meditations in his honor as we gather again without him on Dec 15th.
